Mobile Citizen is unable to guarantee devices from other carriers or those without T-Mobile software will work on the T-Mobile network.

Mobile Citizen cannot and does not guarantee the functionality or performance of any devices that were not sold by Mobile Citizen for use on the T-Mobile network.

We strongly recommend that our customers contact the manufacturers of their Non-T-Mobile Devices with any questions or problems regarding the functionality, operation, oor performance of their Non-T-Mobile Devices.

CHECK ELIGIBILITY

Make sure your deivce is unlocked.. A device must be unlocked to be compatible with the T-Mobile network. Give your current carrier a call to check.
Make sure your device is compatible. Only devices with a removable SIM card slot qualify. Devices that rely on eSIM (embedded SIM) cannot be used at this time.
